Grundy County tops the market at $21,600/acre with an honorable mention $19,500/acre sale in O’Brien County. Auction activity will slow a bit for harvest and will ramp up at the end of the month. Get ready for November as it is the busiest month of the year for land auctions. Harvest is beginning. I’m hearing some good corn yields in areas. Please be safe!
